Anja Blacha loves expeditions, extreme challenges and stands for sustainable thinking and the greatest sense of freedom.
What you don't know Anja Blacha? Anja is insane! Born in Germany, she lives in Zurich, where she almost never is. She prefers to be outside, in nature, far away in the wilderness, where we mere mortals don't dare to go. She does solo expeditions to the South Pole, climbs Broad Peak and K2 without bottled oxygen and did the Seven Summits in less than three years. Just to name a few gnarly challenges.
"IF YOU REALLY WANT SOMETHING, YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT."
To survive as an extreme athlete, a level-headed diet is imperative. "There are, however, many ways to eat," she says. Her trip is vegetarian, preferably without artificial additives, sugar, salts and just without further bullshit - but with slow-releasing carbs and good proteins. And logically, her diet must be edible in the freezing cold and provide her with the necessary ingredients along the way.
For Anja, Peak Punk is a trusted companion on all her expeditions - whether in preparation or exactly when it counts.
